This is a letter written by Herb Ellerbock (ex-Army) dated 15 May 2016 to the Honourable Michael McCormack MP, Assistant Minister of Defence seeking answers to the indexation of the scheme. The letter is of interest to all DFRDB Superannuants and highlights the frustration of many ex-serving members. COMMONWEALTH SUPERANNUATION CORPORATION
TEMPORARY ONLINE SERVICE OUTAGE
1. The Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) is completing a
major upgrade of its administration system in February. As a consequence, member
and pensioner online services for MilitarySuper and DFRDB, will be impacted from
5pm, 10 February to 22 February 2016.
2. As a result you may experience delays in any applications being processed.
CSC will work to keep these delays as short as possible. Pension pay days will
continue as normal during this period.
3. In the event of special circumstances or if a hardship payment is required
please contact the Customer Information Centre on 1300 006 727. More information
on how the changes may affect you is available at:
